How can I adjust my weights & measures?

If you need to update your body weights & measures, you can do it on your App or at the website.

1. Update your personal details

On the Apps, do the following:

1. Go to the More section
2. Then click in the Profile icon
3. Click on Profile & Goals item
4. Update your details

Currently available only in the iOS App

On the Website, do the following:

1. Go the Website.
2. Login with your ERAKULIS® account.
3. Navigate to Profile & Goals or click on this link.
4. Update your details

2. Redo your Survey

To generate a new plan, you need to do the survey again after changing your user details.

How to run the Survey again?

1. Go to your App
2. Click on the three dots near the area you need to generate a new plan
3. Click on "Take survey to create new plan"
